Privacy Policy
MegatronLabs LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates AgentQuanta and its associated services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.
The short version: We collect only what we need to run the service. We do not share your data with anyone. Period. We don't sell it, rent it, or trade it. We don't train AI models on your usage. Your prompts and AI conversations stay between you and the AI provider you're connected to.
1. Information We Collect
Account information — When you create an account, we collect your email address and name via Clerk, our authentication provider.
Billing information — Payments are processed by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer ID and subscription plan. We never see or store your full card number.
Usage data — We collect basic telemetry such as app version, update checks, and feature usage to improve the Suite. This data is not linked to your AI conversations.
Communications — If you contact us or receive emails from us, we retain those communications to provide support and send relevant product updates.
2. What We Don't Collect
- Your AI conversations — Prompts, completions, and context sent to Claude or any other AI provider are transmitted directly between the Suite and that provider. We do not intercept, log, or store them.
- Your API keys — Keys you store in AgentCipher are encrypted locally on your device. We never transmit or store your third-party API credentials.
- Your files or documents — Content you index in AgentCognos remains on your local machine.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your account
- To process payments and manage your subscription
- To send transactional emails (receipts, account notices, plan changes)
- To send product updates and onboarding emails — you can opt out at any time
- To diagnose bugs and improve the Suite
- To comply with legal obligations
4. Third-Party Services
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party for their own use — ever. We do use the following infrastructure providers to operate AgentQuanta, each of which processes data strictly on our behalf:
- Clerk — authentication and account management (clerk.com/privacy)
- Stripe — payment processing (stripe.com/privacy)
- Resend — transactional email (resend.com/privacy)
- Amazon Web Services — infrastructure and data storage (aws.amazon.com/privacy)
5. Data Retention
We retain your account and billing information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
6. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Opt out of marketing communications
- Data portability

7. Security
We use industry-standard practices to protect your information, including TLS encryption in transit and access controls at rest. No system is perfectly secure — if you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the Suite after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance.
